I have been in the Real Estate industry since 1985, beginning in RE sales. I got into Mortgage lending in 1991. I feel that the Real Estate experience has assisted me in my success in the Mortgage industry. I have a better understanding for all sides of the transaction, emotionally & technically due to this background.I married my competitor in 1995 and after a few years, we joined forces and formed The Coley Team. I enjoy playing golf, Shag dancing (the SC State Dance), our fur babies and our family.
