A real estate professional since 2011, Erika relocated to North Carolina from Florida in 2018. Erika has built a reputation for her refreshingly friendly customer care and proven ability to guide buyers and sellers through smooth, stress-free transactions. Her devotion and unparalleled customer service results in a network of loyal clients and referrals. A former advertising sales executive, Erika uses her unique negotiating insights to tirelessly advocate for her clients, and above all she values relationships over transactions. She makes it a priority to learn about her client’s interests and goals in order to help identify the perfect home. Erika recognizes that buying and selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life and considers it a privilege to guide her clients through the process. Erika was born and raised in England, and subsequently attended the University of Miami, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She is thrilled to be living in Mooresville, NC with her husband, Trey, a tennis pro. A self-proclaimed tennis junkie, when she’s not on the court, Erika enjoys hiking with her 3 dogs, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family.
