Frankie Smith

Frankie grew up in South Carolina and graduated from the College of Charleston before moving to New York City for 25 years.  During his time in the city, he was a professional actor, an award-winning bartender featured in the New York Times, and spent several years as a real estate leasing agent in Manhattan.  In 2020, he returned to his roots and relocated to Myrtle Beach with his wife, Amanda, with whom he has been with for 25 years.  He enjoys spending time with his family, particularly his best friend, Sammie, a 6 lb maltipoo.  Living right on the beach, he loves all the Myrtle Beach lifestyle has to offer, whether it's the beautiful beaches, the abundance of golf courses, or just enjoying the many fantastic restaurants and shopping in the area.  Frankie will use his years of experience and expertise to help you achieve your own personal Myrtle Beach lifestyle.  He and his wife also enjoy hiking in our national and state parks systems, watching football and baseball, and are big fans of live music, having traveled the world to festivals and shows.
