Ashley Simmons

My name is Ashley Simmons, and I was born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina. I graduated from E.A. Laney High School in 2019. After high school, I pursued my passion for beauty and obtained my Esthetics and Manicurist licenses. While working in the beauty industry, I built strong relationships with my clients, and many of our conversations often turned to real estate and the local housing market. Hearing their experiences and excitement about real estate inspired me to take a leap of faith and earn my real estate license. Having grown up in Wilmington, I’ve loved watching the city and surrounding coastal communities flourish over the years.
